Personalize View Missing from Order page in PBWC

 Hi All, 

We have just applied the Patch 15843459 (PROCUREMENT FAMILY R12.1.3 - MARCH UPDATE 2013) and after the application I have noted that the "VIEWS" options are no longer displayed in the Order TAB in the Buyer Work Center.

Attached are the screenshots of the issue, I have tried but failed to find the Personalization option which would allow me to render the "VIEWS" viewable in the Order TAB.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas how to resolve this issue?
