Create Leads in CRM or ODm

Hello All,

Recently I had begun developing a process to handle the entering of Leads into CRM. But just yesterday I was introduced to CRM On Demand Marketing.

The first thing I noticed is that ODM has Lead Management functionality built in.

I know that I can sync or publish data between the 2 Environments but is one better than the other when it comes to creating and managing Leads?
