Error in FCM "connectors\plan was not found"

I have a problem when I do the steps by EPM-side Weblogic Server. The error show is:

 "C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_SOA1\soa\connectors\plan was not found"

 

I am doing the steps in the following link (http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/hyp/FCM11.1.2.3_EBS/fcm_ebs.html#) but I cannot solve the problem. Can you help me?
