I am looking into various options on how to : migrate cross-plaform & upgrade same time

Migrate Oracle DB 11.2.0.3 running on HPUX 11.23 itanium 64-bit to oracle 12c running on RH 6.0 on linux x86 64-bit

Please point me to links / docs woth respect ot this type of migration
