Parameterized URL is not populating the data from the Application

Hi All,

Parameterized URL generation works on my setup but the URL dont populate the data from the Form.

For example:  http://dvjweb910t.smart-bridge.com:8001/jde/ShortcutLauncher?OID=P09200_W09200A_ZJDE0001&FormDSTmpl=|8|9|10|11|12|13|14|15|16|22|&FormDSData=||||||||||| 

The FormDSData part is blank though we have data in the form before we generate the URL.

Did I miss any more configuration settings?
