Work Order Actual Avearge Cost Calculation

Dears,

Our work order open for weeks/months and we keep on issuing material and/or labor time entry on daily basis. After issuing the material or labor we run JEs program R31802A which creates the JEs and GL batch for posting. Finally, when we complete the work order in full, we again run JEs program R31802A, it creates the IM, IH and IC Transactions. IC document has the total amount of current IM & IH plus all the previously amounts posted to the work order. Which is right and it should be because that is my total cost of manufacturing.
