Import Record into Buisness Process

Has anyone received this error before "Integration settings for default workflow link ID not set". We have no idea why this came up when we tried to import some records into a BP. It is a Cost BP so it is suppose to add numbers to the cost sheet. I looked through all oracle help documents and of course it is not there.
