Siebel, ADSI and Base dn parameter

Operating System from Siebel: Windows server 2008 r2

Operating system from domain server: Windows server 2008 r2

Problem:

I have different OU in Active directory in which I created the users in the domain.

fist question: Because I like to authenticated my Siebel Users using Active Directory, I need to know if exists any way to put some value in the Base Dn, ADSI profile parameter, from use and read all the different OU for all the distinct users in my domain.

second question: It's possible to include in this Base Dn the authentication in various domains?
