Query re Pre-Requisites that have been superceded or replaced by a later patch

 Hi,


We are about to apply Oracle Financials Family Pack G (11i.FIN.PF.G, 3653484) in a test environment but first there are some product specific pre-requisites that potentially need to be applied that I have a query about.

Almost all of them have been superceded or replaced by a later patch since the 'About' document for Financials Family Pack G (290480.1) was created.  In all of those cases we already have the later patch applied (in most cases it is the Oracle 11.5.10.2 patch 3480000), however the original patch number does not show up when I check via the 'Applied Patches' screen in Oracle Applications Manager, and also does not appear on the AD_BUGS table. Can we still be confident that the original patch does not need to be applied if we have applied the later patch?
