Grids for French users do not render on 9.1.4.1

After upgrading to tools release 9.1.4.1 we are having issues with the grids rendering for applications in add or update mode. On all grids where the grid allows user input, the grid does not display at all if the user language is set to French. If we change the user profile back to English and log back into E1 the grid display correctly. If the grid is an inquiry only screen, then the grid is rendered correctly.
1. Change user profile to a language such as French.
2. Sign out of E1 & back in.
3. Launch an application with an input capable grid.
4. The grid will not display.
