 Hi all,
We installed RMS and ReIM without Demo data.Can we create reason code from GUI or we need to insert the reason codes from Back end. Because when i am creating reason code "CREDIT MEMO COST" from GUI (Used the Reason code as 1210)the following error is displayed 
"The entered reason code exceeded the length for this field. Please enter a string that is 0 bytes or less in size." we are using 13.2.6 version.
