Genaral Leger Reconciliation report show only one GL account balance

 hi 

in my bank account  has two gl account assassin to two efferent operation units

but when i run the GL reconciliation report only one GL account opening balance pick to the report.

cash in transit, transaction available to reconciled and  bank statement detail report show both account related transactions,

please let me know why both GL account balance not come to the GL reconciliation report.
