Adding 'E-Business Tax' to the Product LOV when creating SR

Hi,
Is it feasible to add EB-Tax to the Product LOV when crating an SR?
We have some issues with R12 EB-Tax and we're opening SRs from Payables, Purchasing,... products but we're not getting anywhere and the focus and action plans are related to the product for which we opened the SR.
It will be easier for us and for Oracle Consultants to open an SR related directly to EB-Tax and the resolution process will be much faster.
