APP-JL-62452 error shows when reference field has been filled in RMA and DFF values lost

In 11.5.10.2 , After input reference , then it null the values of  Globalization DFF

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Order Management responsibility
2. (N) Orders , Returns -> create RMA and Reference is null
3. Enter Globalization DFF and save
4. Enter Return reference ( SALES ORDER .... ) and APP-JL-62452 err shows . SO can’t save.
5. Find that DFF values lost.

if the user input reference first , input Globalization DFF later , then it works fine.

I thought it might be cause by OE_Dependencies setup.but not sure what attribute name of reference and Globalization DFF .

Does anyone hit the same issue ?
