Renewed Contract on QA HOLD getting Invoiced

Hi,

I have a contract which I've renewed and left it in QA Hold so that it would not get invoiced.

The next day I see that an Invoice has been generated & the status of the contract is still QA Hold.

If in QA Hold, the contract should not be picked for Invoicing.

Would you please let me know what might have caused this Contract to be invoiced.
