Open UI 8.1.1.11 and F9 (outlook integration)

We have upgraded to Open UI 8.1.1.11 and when we perform f9 functionality we get the following error :

The IE version is 9 . What should be the version of Microsoft outlook to be compatible with IE 9 ?
