R12.1.3 : Confusion over applying patch 13565693 - SEPA V5 to HP-UX Itanium

Hi,
Oracle Readme for Patch 13565693_R12.IBY.A_R12 for platform HP-UX Itanium, has an Important Note: to additionally apply patch 17421637:R12.IBY.A to get the latest SEPA template changes. We noticed that Oracle have also released patch 13565693 for Generic platform (13565693_R12.IBY.B_R12) - the Important Note is to apply same patch as above - 17421637:R12.IBY.A.
We have IBY.B.3 (9244850) installed, so would make sense to install IBY.B versions (for generic platform) for both of the above patches, which is what we have done on our test system.
Please confirm that we have installed the correct version of patches. ie
