Can we cancel Active simple promotion by Injector Batch

Hi ,
Is it possiable to cancel any active simple promotion by running Injector SP batch which are approved by injector SP batch.

For Eg:

If i run Injector SP batch with A status for active promotion records, will it cancel the promotion.
