Record Process Loss

Hi;

We have a scenario to record product loss in the system, it is defined as "Invisible" by the business similar to the nature of evaporation loss. Want to record production loss (Invisible) of each batch/production and after a period of 15-20 days it can be reviewed and write-off by approval authority. Please advice how it can be achieved.
