Reporting on Users and their Assigned Book of Business

Hi,

We are looking  to report on Users and their assigned Book of Business. We opened a service request with Oracle and the answer is that it is not possible.

So we just wanted to see if anyone in this community has found a workaround to achieve this reporting requirement.
