Siebel 8.1.1.11 upgrade - Views are prefixed with EMPTY

Hi All,
After Upgrading Siebel from 8.1.1.10 to 8.1.1.11. Siebel Views are showing up prefixed with EMPTY. As a workaround, Changing Symbolic string from Siebel tools will override and show up the desired menu. Would like to know whether its something related to 8.1.1.11 specific issue. Will be great if anyone can help with the resolution.
