Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

serviced Databases under Oracle_Listener

Hello,on EM12c 12.1.0.2.0 on linux x86-64 I can see under the Targets my LISTENER and the Database Name for both the Target status is UP.
By selecting The Listener  I get The general state menu with all the informations and the UP Status.

Selecting  from " Oracle Listener" > Serviced Databases the Serviced Database Name is empty.
The files  listener.ora , sqlnet.ora, tnsnames.ora are OK.
There is a way and How to configure manually the missing services Database name ?
