Caution message about over completion

I am trying to perform a wip completion against a schedule number.  I have verified the schedule is open for qty 1408 and available for 812.  I also checked the SO and it is for qty 1408.  When i try to wip complete any qty over 330 i get the following caution message:
APP-WIP-25495  Transaction quantity of schedule ### will lead to overcompletion of the flow schedule and/or sales order line.

I have searched for the caution number but have not found any information.  I have tested and it appears to perform everything correctly if i ok the message.  I just would like to understand if there could be other issues down the line?
