Redo Corruption Errors During Redo Transport

I found ORA-00600 internal error in standby database alert log.

Found the document "Redo Corruption Errors During Redo Transport (Doc ID 386417.1)" about the symptom.  It has the follow suggestions.  However, I can't find 'fixup' option in firewall.  Even, I can't disable the firewall at all
