Automated concurrent report shows autheticated failed on my mail box

Hello team,

I scheduled a trial balance to automatically drop on my mail box periodically every day, I set  "Concurrent: URL Lifetime" to 120 to retain my link for 2hrs before it deletes from the system. Once the mail drops and i click on the link, i see the trial balance report perfectly. On a second attempt it shows "authentication failed". Please help as this needs to be resolved ASAP.
