Translation rules

Dear all,

I have a problem with the command HS.Transperiodic that shoud FX translate from a source account using a given rate and using periodic method of FX translation. 

It means that the periodic changes of an account are FX translated into parent currency using period specific rate.

However we observe that for example in Period2 the system takes periodic values of period2 once into account, but it doubles the values of period1 and therefore calculates the incorrrect values.

Has anybody encountered the same problem in the past? What is the solution?

What is the other way of periodical KX translation of an account?
