Please choose an existing combination Error while creating Ledger Setup through ASM

Hi,
Has anyone come across an issue where you are trying to complete the Primary Ledger setup through the ASM and on page 2 while creating an account code combination for Retained Earnings you receive an error "Please choose an existing combination".

Please note;
1. Dynamic Insert flag is checked for the Accounting KFF
2. Freeze flag is checked for the Accounting KFF
3. KFF has been compiled

This is the first account code combination that we are trying to create and face an issue. The customer is on R 12.2.3.
