CFG Model Items and BOM Copy Program receiving warnings

Hi

when  i  run the  program  reciving a warnning  with the  below error . 

Item Import failed for the following items.


Organization Item Number               ERROR MESSAGE
------------ ------------------------- ---------
CN1          569_OUTER_FRAME  The following user ID does not have a person ID assigned to it: 4463
CN1          569_OUTER_FRM_INS  The following user ID does not have a person ID assigned to it: 4463
CN1          569_OUT_FRAME  The following user ID does not have a person ID assigned to it: 4463

any idea why  i am getting this ?
