What is the Unifier Document Manager File Size Limit?

On hosted 9.9.3, over time we've noticed when uploading a document either through a BP attachment or directly to the DM, any file usually around 30MB or larger never completes the upload process--the progress wheel just continues to spin.  We've confirmed this behavior from multiple sites.

Now, Skire sold us the product indicating no file size limit which, of course, is insane.

I have not been able to locate any specs such as this for Unifier.  Anyone with similar experience or can direct me to this info?
