Location to Region (re)Mapping/Sync

Good day, gurus!

I have a customer site was originally entered incorrectly as a US address, actually Canadian. After this was corrected, an pricing modifier failed to trigger as expected for the customer's first order. A quick check revealed that WSH_REGION_LOCATIONS still shows the original US region_id for the relevant record, rather than the expected ID for Canada. I have found and looked into the Location to Region Mapping concurrent request, but this appears to only inserts records. Is there some other request that I am missing to sync this?
