Database Migration for AIX

Hello all,
oracle version is 10.2
We are planning a 2 nodes database migration from AIX 770 to AIX 770+.
I m looking for oracle documentation on possible issues or white papers for direction to implement this migration.
The main concern is the VIP and Private IP configuration, is there any difference from the Other platforms like Linux and so.
