Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle Tape Hardware (MOSC)

SL150 and ArcServe Brightstor

I am trying to install a new SL150 and use it with ArcServe Brightstor R16.

The library is seen by ArcServe R16, but I have a hard time configuring the library to use it.

Windows Device Manager can see the media changer and both drives.

Anybody can give a hand on this?
