After upgrading to A93, why is the check attachment (P04573) not scrubbing the discount/deduction wh

After upgrading to A93, why is the check attachment (P04573) not scrubbing the discount/deduction when the payment is a credit?

This is a defect which is causing the attachment form, P04573, to duplicate previous lines when processing option 8 is activated to print the form in landscape:
     8. Enter a '1' if you would like to  
          print the landscape version of the
         attachment (with expanded data    
         fields).  If left blank, the standard
         8.5 x 11 attachment will print.
