How do I get a banner page to print?

How do I get a banner page to print?  I need to be able to print a banner page to see the current arguments that are being passed.  Once I verify what is currently being printed I need to make a change to the Printer Driver arguments to see how my change effects what is being printed.  We are trying to move to secured printing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
