After an upgrade to 9.3.1 from 7.3, why does the Lease Expiration Listing ((P15403) only print the r

The Month Selection processing option for P15403 was set to 240, but Data Dictionary data item #CYR (Century Change Year) was set to 20.  The Data Dictionary item #CYR defines a 100-year window for date validation based on the default value. For example, if the value is 20, the default 100-year window is 1920 through 2020. Any date prior to 1920 or after 2020 is not considered for reporting purposes. Since the Ending Effective Date on many leases is beyond 12/31/20, P15403 did not pick up any of those leases.
