Upgrading EM 11gR1 to Cloud Control 12c

Hello All

Is it possible to upgrade OEM 11gR1 (11.1) to OMS 12c 12.1.0.3.0.

I know there is lot of documentation about upgrading to 12c (12.1.0.2.0) but I would like to know about directly upgrading to 12.1.0.3.0.
