1. Change the plan-out date (SPAD) or lease-end date (EFTE) in the Lease Master(P1501). When you press Enter, answer Y (yes) to the question in the FASB 13 Lease Change Window to regenerate FASB 13.
2. Run FASB 13 Generation (P15130) and enter a date in the Date Selections (FASB as of date) processing option that is prior to the move-out date. For the system to make a single adjustment, enter a date that is prior to the move-out date, but is in the same month as the move-out date. For example, if the move-out date is 7/31/09, specify a FASB as of date of 7/01/09 to generate a single adjustment.
