Does the AP module have a way to limit spending by vendor?

There is no spending limit functionality in AP comparable to the credit limit in AR. However, you can track the amount you have vouchered, not spent, by running Update YTD Vouchered Amount (P04820), which will update the Amount Vouchered YTD (AYPD) in the Customer Master (F0401).
