GENERIC_ERROR Message - Error: originating at /OnDemand/User/TaskEdit

I receive the error in subject line when I click Save from the Task Edit screen.  The Task is successfully saved however the page acts like it does not know what to display next.  I am accessing the Task Edit screen from an HTML link embedded in a report.  Has anyone ran into this issue?  Any help will be much appreciated!!
