System Extract - ANSI 834

I am creating an ANSI 834 Full Profile benefits enrollment file using the System Extract.  I completed enough setups to produce an output file but the the associated dependent records do not exist in the file. 

Looking for the setups required to get the dependent records to appear in the file.
