Fetching a weekly report on yield of different products manufactured in company

Hello,

We are trying to get a report showing how much of goods were packed and dispatched in food manufacturing and distribution company. We are using Oracle R12 and would like to know how to get this details.

Any help or suggestions is very much appreciated.
