Behavior of T4-2 if 100 VAC was supplied

Hi,

I have a question about following FAB, Would you advise if my understanding
of the T4-2's behavior is correct ?

  FAB: Standard: Reactive: Some SPARC T4-1 and T4-2 Servers may have
       incorrect compliance label. (doc 1599682.1)

I refer to the field notice attacted on the doc which is written from compliance point of view.
Now I assess the risk of using 100AC power source from function point of view.

note : I just consider the worst case, so I do not worry of T4-1 with T4-2's compliance label.
