Auto-billing setup in BRM 7.4

 Hi,

We have 2 development environments with similar configurations. When I create an account with a plan with backdate, In one environment this generate an auto-billing and in the other environment this don't generate the auto-billing. Both environments have the same pvt and I use the same plan and dates for the accounts. I checked the parameter "fm_bill config_billing_delay" and have the same value in both environments:

- fm_bill config_billing_delay 0:10

I checked the "bus_params_billing.xml" too, and are identical in both environments.

What other configuration can cause this situation?
