Internal Requisition to Internal Sales Order

Hi,
I am trying to use internal requisition to create sales order. As per my understanding in the purchasing option, we define a default order type.

1. Can we generate two different order type from the internal requisition? As per our business requirement, we use internal requisition for two different process and we want  to generate two different order type.

Please assist.
