Restrict Negative Balances in Cash/Bank when Making Payments

Hi,

How Can we restrict the negative balances in Cash or Bank Balances?

We want that if the Cash or Bank payments should not be allowed  to make payments if there is not sufficient balances in them, how to restrict this?
