Database Refresh not cleaing User Accounts and also Saved data

Hi all,

We are running Primavera Contract management traning courses and refeshing the database for each course, a couple of problamshave arisen.. Can you help.

After a Database Refresh

1. Locked User accounts are not being cleared of their Locks after each session.

2. Whilst Data is being reset, saved/un-approved items are remaining in the Actions Portlet causing confusion for the Trainees as the same data is beig used for every session. 

Does a database efresh just clea the Project data and not User accounts.
