SB6000:T6320 - Blade Server start /SYS failed

 SB6000:T6320 - Blade Server start /SYS failed. I have got two replacement T6320 server modules form oracle and moved the memory, service processor card & REM module. When i plug the blade same status not able to power on and status /SYS failed. I cleared logs in the command line and when i try to use ILOM WEB GUI i could not able to assign the IP address for that service processor module. I noticed MAC address itself not showing in the service processor.

Please any one come across the issue let me know what could be the problem. I am suspecting service processor module issue and if any one knows this issue please let me know to fix this issue.
