"Error 19504 Creating archive log file to ..." on an external HDD Seagate Expansion 4TB

Hi.

I defined a  log archive destination on an external HDD Seagate Expansion, 4 TB (NTFS formatted, enough available space, full control; Oracle Database Standard 11.2.0.3 on Windows 8 server), but it doesn’t work and I don’t know why.

When I issue the “alter system switch logfile” command, my offline logs are stored in all my defined destinations (including on an older external HDD of 500 GB), but not on that big Seagate Expansion HDD.

In the alert.log file I see only the message:

ARC0 : Error 19504 Creating archive log file to ‘…’  (where … is my destination).

Can you help me, please ?
