PSU version doesn't show up in Grid anfter applying patch

I recently applied PSU 11.2.0.4.1 successfully. It shows up in DBA_REGISTRY HISTORY. However, from Grid control, there's no indication that this PSU got applied. The version number in Grid Control still shows 11.2.0.4.0.
Anyone know why that is? I would expect 11.2.0.4.1 to be reflected in Grid Control. Below is the output of dba_registry_history.  Grid screenshot attached to this discussion:
