A 23TB database or oracle 10.2.0.3 on AIX5.1 has to migrate to solaries 10 (10.2.0.3 )

Dear Team,

Our one client has to migrate a 23TB data from oracle database (10.2.0.3)  of AIX5.1 to Solaris 10 to same version of database (10.2.0.3 ) ,

My question is which technique we should use ? if RMAN than what Would be expected time for taking backup of such amount of data on TAPE.

shell we use transportable tablespace utility of oracle with RMAN and INDAIN format technique , what would be pros and cons.
